Number 5, ink on gessobord, 8”x10” framed

This pen & ink piece was created over many months, in countless short bursts of inspiration. It comes framed in a black 8”x10” frame with a white mat (unframed is 5”x7”).

About my Pen & Ink art:

I rarely have these available because they are completed in short increments over months or even years sometimes! They are a compilation of “doodles” that oddly seem to flow best when I am talking on the phone, watching tv, or not completely focusing on them so that I’m able to mostly keep my conscious mind out of it.

These are very stream-of-consciousness, meaning I don't preplan them at all. At some point, I often see a face or an animal or something recognizable, and usually I go with it. While I perceive things in each of these, I’ll leave it up to you to see what you see!
